I don't think SC has the worst D in the SEC.
They do & it's really not even close.

There's been plenty of talk about Lil' John this week after his tweet to the Vols football account. He will not be in the stadium on Saturday although that rumor at one point a couple of weeks was looking like a real possibility but his travel schedule would not allow it. Don't rule out the 43 year old hip hop artist making an appearance either in person on or the Jumbotron at some point this fall. However, he will not be in the stadium on Saturday.

True..still needs to improve throughout the year which I'm sure it will.
Also looking at that list, it's an absolute joke that Marquez North isn't even in the top 15 in receiving in the conference. And the guy ranked 15th is only averaging 59 ypg.
I feel like I harp on it every week but my goodness Jake give this guy some more touches please.
With the Titans sucking this year (as always), my interest in the league is sinking fast. Once Peyton retires, I doubt I'll give a damn unless someone like Worley somehow makes it and becomes a franchise QB.
The commentators (excluding Gruden) are boring and it's the same crap year in and year out.
College football is so superior, I can't even take the opinions of people who prefer the NFL seriously.
I hear ya. The more I think about it, you're right on the parity issue. I'm just biased because I'm a Titans fan and it seems like they perpetually suck.
I think that Jones/Bajakian have purposely limited the passing to help Worley be successful. Kind of like when Kiffin limited Crompton to reading only half the field. They call for a lot of quick outs to a receiver that is basically standing still. That helps with his accuracy issues, which is also why I think we don't see a lot of slants. He throws behind them way too much. I think at one point most of our passes were completed behind the LOS. Someone was talking about back shoulder throws earlier. I don't think he is anywhere near that accurate. And if North has press coverage with safety help over the top, I don't think he will get a lot of targets. That is not to say I don't think he is much improved. He stands in there under a big rush and gets pounded a lot. I think he is getting close to his maximum potential but the coaches are helping him get there with the play calling. And I think he is getting better as well. The TD pass down the middle to Pig was a throw I was surprised he could make. I think he is playing about as well as he can, which is all anyone could ask.
