Usce D has given up 395 rush yds to aub, 211 to furman, and 239 to uk their last 3 games. We really need to be close to 200 rush yds or more to have a chance tonight, imo.

Also, their last 2 losses vs aub and uk were both by 7 pts and usce was −2 in both games in turnovers. We need to win the turnover battle tonight as well.


We had 181 rush yds last week so I feel pretty confident we can get close to 200 or more. Especially seeing how aub ran for 395 on them with a qb who can run last week.

As far as turnovers, our D is freaking due a big time play for a score. Pick 6, scoop and score fumble, or whatever. If not the D, hopefully we can break a big play on kickoff or punt return.

If we can run for about 200 yds and win the turnover battle I like our chances. A defensive score or special teams score wouldn't hurt either.

At least we won't have to contend with Moore's inept crew. I believe most of the SEC crews are against Tennessee. Bammer Shaw probably gives them pregame instructions.

Real good chance of that, I agree! Future is bright right now. I think Dobbs staying healthy next year is critical. Along with some OL improvement, this team could be very dangerous. Defense is on track to be great, even without the Beast AJ.
