Our wedding anniversary was the next day....and I was playing her. I said it would be a fun night on VN and that I wish I was there to be on. I knew I had until this weekend to be back, and seriously thought, it might be the end of the year. A week or do ago, I decided I may need to be back....just in case a blowout happened. This is really all I can say right now, then back to obscurity for me for now.....all the names being mentioned are in play. The money IS there this time around. Unless we swing and miss on several coaches....we'll have one of the highest paid coaches in the SEC. No one deserves Saban money, without a Saban pedigree....but there are some that could start off close (comparitively), if they understand what is expected.

Said more that I intended to already, but I'm drunk, so take that for what it's worth.

That's all good and I would take him in a second, but Jax is 6-3 and tied with the Titans for 1st in their division, plus they won the head to head match-up, easily. So, imo, he isn't going anywhere, unless Jax collapses in the last 7 games. May have the best defense in the AFC

Early signing period timing would be an issue if we hired Marrone I’m guessing unless he just up and resigned from the jags which would not be a good look. But i would risk potentially losing some cruits’ in order to bring in a successful current NFL coach like Marrone.

According to Brian Rice...that was a Dave Hart decision.

It’ll take a bit to get the company with the proper equipment to change it. Although money tends to rearrange schedules.

Skeeter answered a random question about getting Gruden with a simple “No”

Then he said this a few posts later:

“The name i keep hearing the most is Mullen. That doesnt mean much, but Currie really likes Mullen for some reason. Mullen may have 0 interest in the TN job for all i know.”

TIFWIW. I don’t put much stock in it.
