I will never understand how anyone can be upset at this moment.

It’s real easy—-I don’t buy the Fulmer reset that other people are selling. Respect and love Phil but the prospects of installing Les Miles, Kevin Steele, or Tee Martin will set the program back for another decade. Every other school in the conference has upgraded or in some cases stabilized. A Tennessee fan boy dream scenario isn’t going to elevate the program.

The coach hire is important.

But let's get the right AD in place and then let's find a coach.

And trust me, I will be pretty upset if it is Steele.

But there are combinations where I think Steele could be decent with the right DC and OC.

But I really liked the idea on offense with Brohm, Leach and Morris.

Would be stoked to have any of those.

Would love to see the candidate pool expand with FUlmer as AD, but to your point, we can't just settle.

Now is an opportune time to make this right with both the AD and the coach.

You just can understate how massive this move was today.

Steele will not win 15 games in three years if he is hired..pin it Ziti.
