Whoa. What a deal for UCLA. Guessing that’s just base but would love to see the #’s

He was owed a ton by SF. He still gets from them whatever he doesn't get from UCLA. He was making $6 a year for 3 more years from them so he will be making at least that much regardless of what UCLA pays.

Schools don’t announce new hires before their season is over. Simply doesn’t happen. We have found one instance of this occurring.

Tennessee not announcing a hire doesn’t mean they don’t have someone.

Gotcha. Didn’t know the details of his SF contract.

Still <$5 million and he owes them $9 if he bolts??

My point was, we were setting up interviews this weekend. If our search has come to an end, it just ended.

You know what we need right now? Someone to go to the Florida boards and get us some meltdown quotes.

They are currently burning their "insiders" alive. It's really quite entertaining.

They seem to be going all-in on Norvell, Campbell or Frost.

Frost to Nebraska, Campbell's buyout is huge, so it'll probably be Norvell or Mullen. hehe

We could have worked a meeting around the surgery. Mullen stalled it two days. That's not the typical reaction of somebody who really wants the job. Frost has slowed it down, too. UF is pushing and Nebraska is getting ready to open up, so there's another battle for someone who could want to be elsewhere. This is turning out to be a very competitive year for a coaching search.

Good thing we already have Gruden locked up.
