We wouldn't have to if people wouldn't keep comparing his w/l to legitimate football schools.

I haven’t compared that once. What I do compare. though is a guy like Matt Cambell winning two games against top 5 teams in his 2nd year at Iowa framing state and Mullen having what, 1 in his MSU career? I’ve already said that Mullen will do a lot better in that area at UT with better talent though. I’m fine with Mullen coming here, but the constant arguing is dumb especially when it always comes down to “its Mississippi State” anytime a counter against him is made.

I haven't heard one kid bring up Mullen's name after a visit to Miss. State man. Has nothing to do with the school he's not a guy who appeals to the guys we need to win big.

We gon have to recruit big and I mean big, top 10 don’t mean that much when the guy u need to beat finishes number one for last decade, we neeed a hire that sets people on fire like Saban did for bama, so we need consistent top 5 classes just to catch up, mullet and norvell won’t do that, the only lower tier guy I wouldn’t be too pissed About is frost cause his guys play with heart

If Currie hires Mullen, he blundered the process. Should have hired a search firm. If you land on Mullen after using a search firm, so be it. At this point he just looks like that ***hole who refuses to read the instructions and then breaks the damn thing.

This argument still isn't catching on like you're hoping. It has nothing to do with Tennessee, and everything to do with the coach.

If anything, I think Tennessee is too good of a program for an unimaginative hire like Mullen. But your zealousness for him is obvious. I'm not equally zealous in my dislike, but don't put words in my mouth, pal.

Otherwise, this dialogue has become unproductive.
