It is true. I'm in panic mode. But its the only name we've consistently heard.

Media guys are probably at least a little nervous about the new hire. A total dud, and with the program in such disarray and having been irrelevant for so long, will result in a lot of lost subscriptions, reduced ad impressions, and a smaller view count on articles.

That means some downsizing at VQ and 247. No one wants to read about a crappy team, especially when there's not a coaching search and it looks like the AD doesn't care about winning.

That's the really sad thing about this whole affair. Fans are one thing, but there are a multitude of people who count on the economy boost that accompanies a competitive football team. Bad football means closed businesses and lost jobs in the community.

He is one of the 3-4 best offensive minds in football. Maybe it doesn’t work, maybe we end up on probation but let’s take the dang risk. It’s way better then Matt Campbell or Greg Schiano

Petersen or Mullen would be home runs at this point. Petersen obviously number one but I will be thrilled to have Mullen as well. I think the ship has sailed on Frost unfortunately but if that means we get Petersen or Mullen I am all good with that.

Going off of Twitter it sounds like 247 said they don't think Schiano is a serious candidate.
