I reached out to a couple of people and had a few others reach out to me to compare notes.

MSU has a regularly scheduled staff meeting set for 10 AM to get the game plan together for The contact period that opens this week.

Players are due back for a 5 PM meeting, which I'm told is routine and standard post game protocol. It's the normal day after the game film review stuff. Had kids not been released to go home, it would have been a Friday meeting.

I'm told there was no staff meeting tonight or messages about going to Tennessee.

Outside of Starkville, I'm told "I don't think it's Mullen".

I've been thinking with all the former players and players/coaches hinting at things. And all the smokescreen; is it Gruden, Mullen, Peterson, worse so who cares? Would he pull the old, Fulmer is coming back and here is all the young former player/coaching talent coming with him.

I have said that Mullen and Schieno are on the short list. Currie I believe likes Matt Campbell as well.

If I had a VQ membership I would cancel it on principle for the number of times he's pushed Schiano. He has to know that would never happen. He's intentionally misleading paying subscribers.

Stat of the night from @Brent_Hubbs: Tennessee has allowed 87 points to Vandy the last 2 years. During the first 11 games (93-03) under Fulmer, Vols allowed 74 points TOTAL to the 'Dores.
