Look, I dont post often, and when I do its usually to be critical of coaches or the AD. But there is one thing I would like to see change with how the fan base sets expectations

It does not matter how many coaches or athletic directors they rotate around here, until the power structure fixes itself this stuff will continue. A fish rots from the head down as they say.

If one thing comes out of all this I hope it finally discourages people from putting blind faith in whoever the 'next' guy is. It was Dooley, It was Hart, It was Butch, and up until 2 hours ago it was Currie.

Demand more from your leaders and dont let them have your adoration until they earn it.
