We're not going to get a good coach to come here right now. This recruiting class is toast. Our AD is the face of an inept administration. We are a national laughingstock. Everything our AD does makes people laugh harder. This is not going to be a quick fix.

The stages of grief have led us here. Acceptance.

It was accepted. And agreed upon. Then hit a major snag.

I am 33 years old.

I only share that because it truly feels like my age group has seen both sides of the UT spectrum.

Media and people hate us.... but why?

I will tell you why. Because at one time we were the cockiest, scariest bad azz fan base and team of the 90's and early 2000's and used to dry hump people's team on the field and in recruiting. We let everyone know too.

Fast forward post Fulmer.

I now feel empty. I argue that we are a top program and finger point excuses year after year. I know that it's silly and I take this UT stuff way to seriously, but I grew up in the Orange and White. It means so much to me.

To know that people who don't love or want to bring back our legacy are running our AD and boosters let's me know what I got to do.

The only way things will change I fear is if we stop spending our money on all things UT. When we hit their bank perhaps they will feel some small amount of pain like I have felt for these past several years as a young adult.

BS, he ruined his career by offering him the job on the first place. If he had gone through with it, it would have been a TOTAL disaster.

Best way to respond is just stop supporting, man. Stop giving these incompetent people your money, because that's clearly all they care about.

I will not watch a game next year and that's sad, but there's no enjoyment in any of this. It's a miserable group of people who shouldn't be employed by a university with so much potential.

It's Doeren..you guys know it is..UT football is nuked forever 😢 It's been great being here with you guys over the years. I can't take it anymore, I've just been through too much real life trauma lately to deal with this absolute betrayal anymore...see ya, and I hope someday it gets better 🤕 Ziti got his wish, it's burnt to the ground 😣

Is he just yanking people's chain for the fun of it? Davenport doesn't have the unilateral authority to do that. Currie would never present an offer that hasn't been approved. He doesn't have the trust of anyone right now.
