Even landing a "good" hire right now is just a band-aid solution to a massive, festering, infected, pus-oozing wound that we have in the AD and administration.

Ziti is right. We need to let this thing burn. Otherwise we're doing it again in 3-5 years and Currie and Bev and the Haslams are calling the shots AGAIN.

we are down to f'n Doeren, Steele and Tee. I mean its not even close where they should turn but we all know better. I hate this program. So demoralizing. Gonna have about 2500 at the spring game.

They wouldn’t hire him because of concern over the buyout which is pennies compared to what they bring in. So instead they’ll hire a terrible coach that no one wants and lose millions in ticket sales. Geniuses over there

How can you follow up a 4-8 season that saw 60,000 people attend the last game with a coach whose own school does not want to extend him? How is this possible?

That's why I think Clay's story is right. Bev doesn't understand. She probably saw the dollar figure and freaked out. Everyone is on edge over there and in CYA mode. She doesn't realize how this stuff works and turned it down/forced Currie to change the terms.

Dave Doeren? Kevin Steele? Seriously? After your first choice was Greg Schiano? Can’t lock up Jeff Brohm from Purdue? I mean, seriously, I don’t think I could screw it up this bad if I tried.

I'm guessing they're having some sort of contest in the AD & Administration as to how many hires can they screw up.

Currie & Bev seem to be the leaders in the clubhouse...

It’s the easiest choice ever. Unites the fanbase, Elite Recruiter, Can bring in an elite staff, Is cheap enough to spend big on a staff. Will he succeed? Who knows, but better to hire him and take a chance than hire Steele or Doeren and have the fanbase have him fired before his first game

Oregon State just hired their former QB as their head coach.

We are basically Oregon State now. Hire Tee and be done with it.

Jimmy just said with how the search has gone he would have no problem bringing Kiffin back at this point. Especially with the current ones we are interviewing

Can I ask everyone, would you hire Fulmer to return with Tee as Coach in waiting?

I remember when bielema left and Barry Alvarez stepped up and took over got a year to let the waters calm
