I’m convinced we haven’t seen rock bottom. We are six to eight years away from relevance. I think we hit a 10 loss season and have 30,000 in the seats sometime in the next three to five years. This is whole thing just smells like the beginnings of a complete implosion.

Fan interest has to almost completely die before we finally hit bottom.

I think we will always love them, but we will not show up for the games to protest the mess if they hire a dud coach.

Older fans are but I don’t know that there is much here to attract younger fans. My family couldn’t care less despite my best efforts to get them to watch. Games are just depressing nowadays and with a bad hire it will get worse.

Depends on who we hire. I think we could definitely start in the 60s to low 70s. After that we quickly go into the 50s and just drop from there. We are going to have back to back worst seasons in Vols Football history.

I don't care if it means we never win another game, I don't want Kiffin back. How many coaches using us does it take for us to learn our lesson? How in the heck would we even know he wasn't playing us like the others are and like he did before?

Absolutely nothing to attract younger fans. A buddy of mine has 2 boys around 5 and 6 years old. Both asked him on Thanksgiving day why he rooted for UT if they are so awful. He said he almost teared up.

Concur. Recruiting will take a hit and I think players start transferring. Plus we will be relying on too many injured players. We wlll get blitzed in the first half of next year’s SEC schedule. Won’t be pretty.
