Hey guys,

Please pray for my sweet baby boy sutton and our family. Right before we were about to get discharged from the hospital they checked our beatiful boy out one last time and it looks like there is something serious wrong with him and they are sending him to NICU in Augusta, Georgia. Please keep us in your prayers my wife and I are torn up right now. We are trying to be strong.

Wow, praying for you too SK, your family and your son.

Just curious. I'm in that line of work. Do you all ever have dates in Nashville?

Wow! Small world. We have recorded at Fry Pharmacy and played a few shows at High Watt and ExitEnd. Do you know Mark Neill, or James Hornsmith by any chance?

So, here's a fun hypothetical:

For anyone who watched Bama's spring game...obviously, we know Saban wanted Dormady badly, and their QB situation has been unstable since McCarron graduated. QD looked great in UT's spring game and showed some real flashes of promise.

Would Dormady be the trendy pick to start for Bama at QB right now had he gone there?

Maybe UT is actually better at developing QB's than Bama right now and he wouldn't be as good if he went there.

Nope! I meant he's out of London England by the way.

I understand. I wondered because I have tailgated at a few UT football games with a guy that is from Tennessee and went to UT, but he's a manager and he sometimes lives somewhere in England (not full time though). Don't remember his name, just seen him about 3 or 4 times in the past 15 years. I know he has dealt with some big name groups though and apparently has a rather large bank account (unlike me).

I know who Mark is, of course. Haven't met James, but he should probably have someone fix the links on your profile page haha. Our office is walking distance from Exit-In.

I do wonder how some Georgia boys ended up working with someone from London.

Fix the links on profile page? Sorry I don't follow! Haha. And oh cool, I believe we are going to get the opportunity to work with him soon.

We sent out a song with a video to some contacts a few years ago.

When alcohol is involved it is the responsibility of the party initiating the act to get verbal consent. It is common for a female during an assault to freeze up and not speak. It's on the guy to get a clear answer when alcohol is involved because he can be charged even if she never said anything. People don't want to hear that but there are young men serving time for this reason.

This debate has probably gone on too long. This is probably good advice, but I don't believe it be quite as simple as you suggest. It takes two to tango, and using the term "initiating the act" seems odd to me. By the very definition of one person "initiating the act" seems to already suggest that one party doesn't agree. On the other hand, I guarantee you that there have been times when the female is responsible for the initial foreplay and is exhibiting behavior that points to consent and then either changes her mind or regrets it after the fact. As a criminal defense attorney, these can be tough cases. But, I can tell you that I had one where the victim was blatantly intoxicated, and it helped resolve the case. When your victim can't recall what was said or done until the next day, like it or not, that is a problem to prove a case.

I saw Clem Snide at Exit-In in 2003. Probably my favorite live show ever.

They had to place the breathing tube back in my baby girl. Sorry for the freak out, I just reached my limit. God is in control and I will praise Him, good and bad.

They said she's doing better now that the breathing tube in. There's just only so many times I can see one of my girls near death and not completely break down...which I did.

Ventilator allows her to rest. Not work so hard. It will be much easier for her after the surgery when everything is corrected.
Hang in there OrangeBlood79!
Still praying :hi:
