Floridas Linebackers are pretty thin/mediocre and they are new up front. Take advantage of it.

Where do you do you get this? The majority our LB are back besides Taylor who was a non facto vs UT.
Only Fowler and Orr are missing. Bullard, Ivey Cox and Brantley saw most of the reps at DL with DFjr.

This I agree with.

Morrison is a run stoppin machine. Complete liability vs passing game.

We need a MLB in the worst way as well. I think we have an advantage in the running game this year on paper, but if you guys get Morrison back and we're lacking in that position, the stats could be very close on the ground.

Regarding Florida...

Our offensive versatility should be UF's defense's biggest mismatches. Granted, we need to have VP back to shore up the WR's but, even without him, I think we have enough fire power to threaten through the air and on the ground.

Add in the fact that Dobbs is one of the most elusive QB's in the SEC and, you have a recipe for an ole' fashioned a** whoopin....I hope.

Matt Simms just got signed to the Bills. How is this guy still in the league?

Considering the offensive line he started behind was comprised of some really talented second year high school seniors...he kind of gets a bad rep.

Simms wasn't nearly as atrocious as I thought he was, he just played behind one of the youngest OL's I've ever seen. He was lucky he wasn't seriously injured.

Derek Barnett and Maggitt will go crazy like Cox and Fowler did last year. Our defense will dominate this game. Dobbs will manage this game well enough to pull it out by 2-3 TDs. Your defense will get worn out.

I see the stat line breaking down something like this for the UF game:

Tennessee:

Dobbs: 13/22, 120 yards, 1 INT, 60 yards rushing, 1 TD
Hurd: 75 yards rushing, 1 TD
Kamara: 65 yards rushing, 1 TD
Medley: 35-yard FG

Barnett: 6 tackles, 2 TFL, 2 sacks
Maggitt: 8 tackles, 3 TFL, 2 sacks

Secondary: 2 INTs, several PBUs

Florida:

Grier: 10/18, 90 yards, 2 INT, 40 yards rushing, 1 TD
Taylor: 80 yards rushing, 1 TD
Hardin: 45-yard FG

Bullard: 7 tackles, 2 TFL, 1 sack
Morrison (if he plays): 10 tackles, 3 TFL, 1 sack

Secondary: 1 INT, several PBUs

Final: Tennessee 24, Florida 17

Think it will start close, probably be tied through 2 quarters, but we still start controlling the game on the ground in the 2nd half. Kamara and Dobbs will be key to extend drives, as Hurd will take the brunt of the punishment in the 1st half.

I am in favor of not risking Cam Sutton at PR, but I think you use him there against UF. They have a great punter and just getting 10-15 a return would be great for our field position

Why do they have Cam back there in the first place? I know he housed one against Vandy, but is he really the best option given his value to the team? I wish we could try Foreman due to his speed, but maybe he has problems cleanly catching punts.

This, this, and more this.

The NFL scouts have all seen he can do it. Now stop using him and get somebody decent back there that is not such an important piece to the D that can catch and not fumble.
