Again, they were 11th in AP and 9th in the Coaches. Why do you keep talking about the AP poll. Neither one really matters one more than the other.
Are you trying to say South Carolina was not 9th in the coaches? Why do you keep ignoring that?
I always thought our fans were too quick to write him off. Every time he got in a game, it was either garbage time and all he did was run out the clock, or it was a really bad situation where our O-line was being overwhelmed and any QB would have been screwed.
Who cares? Honestly, what's REALLY substantively the difference between a team ranked 9th and one ranked 11th?
This is one of those silly stats that makes for a good soundbite but that are ultimately meaningless. Like, "Soandso hasn't lost a game when getting the ball at the 35 to start the 4th quarter up by at least 9 points!"
