Change of subject here; Are they still doing that first 5000 in for the autographs?

Seems to me like they are rewarding the people who sell autographs and not families by doing this. The kids love to meet Dobbs and Hurd, and see Smokey, but not many families want to deal with standing outside for 3 or more hours, with limited bathrooms and little kids. Do grown men really need autographs? And wouldn't most people rather have pictures of their kids/grandkids with the players than themselves?

I recall doing Jr Vol during the Fulmer years(with those incredible teams) and you got pictures with your kids and Peyton, etc. --seems like the gates were opened for everyone.

For anyone complaining about our injuries this spring, I just watched the FSU spring game and Jimbo Fisher said after the game that they have 21 players out with injury. Including Dalvin Cook who is out after shoulder surgery like half of our team.

So this isn't just a UT problem.

Why would they transfer? No sexual assault so it's really no big deal. They should even be punished.

On a serious note, I guess Smart decided to go for the Fulmer Cup after all. I would much rather someone else win that one.

Two Georgia football players were arrested overnight on felony gun charges for shooting a pellet gun at cups on campus (or at least that's the story ATL sports radio is going with). Julian Rochester and Chad Clay.

After doing a little research it was a BB gun which I guess is more dangerous than say an air soft gun, but Kirby has already released a statement saying they will be properly disciplined. They aren't even suspended from the team as of now as far as I'm understanding. Georgia gon Georgia.

Dumb kids are dumb. If that is the story then run stairs until their legs turn to jello and chalk it up to youthful stupidity.

Yeah, I'm assuming the felony charges will be severely lowered. Any "firearm" on a university campus in the state of Georgia is a felony. I'm guessing firing it didn't help. Once this plays out it will likely be no biggie and these kids may miss a game. Maybe. The way Kirbs is handling makes me think he doesn't really care

He should care but this shouldn't ruin these boys either. Discipline should be harsh enough to make sure it doesn't happen again but not over the top. Kirbs ain't at Bama anymore though so we'll see how he does managing these situations as a HC.

He ain't completely wrong. Look at how Fournette looked against Alabama when he didn't have holes the size of cars to run through.

Other than for the breakaway speed once he reaches the second level, there ain't nothing Fournette has on Hurd.

Hurd is the bigger, stronger, more powerful runner. His first step acceleration is just as good as Fournette even while he's 3 inches taller. And he has as good a vision given his better success against Alabama vis a vis Fournette.

Kirby Smart has lost control of pellet gun control on campus.

I'm saying this somewhat in jest, but in the SAME STATE, we had kids in tears and asking for "safe space" because of a Trump 2016 chalk drawing, but those same kids won't say junk about this.

It was Emory, those kids aren't from the South for the most part. Mainly kids from wealthy families in the NE.
