The proper treatment of sexual assault victims and the appropriate handling of sexual assault investigations are two very serious subjects. Those who are advocating for the cause, and a very important cause it is, would be wise to make sure that they weigh the facts in each case before sentencing the defendant to execution.

Diluting the public outcry over this issue will cause more harm than good and it will set the issue back decades. Make sure what you got on the spit is a pig before you roast it. The pro-PC movement can't seem to get this right and it gives the other side of the argument more ammunition to advance their dumb position.

What else is there to scrutinize?

The case is going to court in two years. Butch suspended/dismissed everyone immediately.

We really need A.J. to win in court. At that point the lawsuit will lose all credibility (not that it had much at this point anyway).

Look at Vanderbilt's compared to the rest of the state. I literally told and VU fan acquaintance of mine to do the same and then kindly STFU...said I was grasping at straws. Ok...please tell me how we have far and away less crime and promote a culture of sexual impropriety and/or deviance.

It's the liberal SJW victim culture. It will get worse before it gets better. This generation of kids are spoiled, entitled, and can't take any blame for their own mistakes.

I wasn't going to mention his name, but I looked up Baylor's 2016 signees a couple days ago to look at who they signed at RB, since GFW mentioned we were looking to add one. I saw that we offered him and was wondering if he might be who GFW is talking about.

I haven't specifically heard anything regarding him but you never know with Butch

GFW with this Baylor situation pulling UT back into some headlines today, can you tell us if that has any impact on recruiting currently? There has been some debate on here that it has either hurt recruiting or recruits don't care about a civil lawsuit. What is your opinion? And thanks for the good news tonight!

Too early to tell. I can tell you the lawsuit isn't as impactful as people are making it out to be.

I can tell you butch handled this much better than Baylor
