Yep. There is really no need to even be blaming Butch or wanting Butch out because they are incapable of hiring a solid replacement. Might as well hope Butch figures this thing out on his own so the AD doesn't have to try and make a hire.

He has multiple myeloma and has received treatment. He's also 74 years old and has been very successful in the business world. Wouldn't surprise me if he was retiring.
