Spot on. My Thai is not that good yet. It will take me a year or so before I can do that. My reading isn't too bad, but I don't have the vocabulary to understand what I am reading.

Ever been to Pattaya Beach?

My ship ported there in 1993. Crazy place. Walking down the street was an adventure.

There goes a bicycle.

Guy on mini bike.

Car.

Elephant.

Haven't been there. I hear it's beautiful, but there's some pretty terrible stuff that goes on down there though. But yeah, we get the fellas walking their elephants up here too. You never really get used to that, LOL.

Yeah, it was pretty scary in places. One the guys in my squadron got robbed and beaten. He had no knowledge of what happen to him. I swear, it looked like he had tire tread marks on his forehead.

When somebody checks this thread tonight, and it's got 200 new posts, they're going to be pissed to find out it has somehow just devolved into a fight between who is better between the Allman Brothers and No Doubt.
