What's wrong with their shipping? If you have a prime account and something doesn't come in 2 days all you have to do is get online and pretend to be mad about it and they extend your Prime account by a month.

What's wrong is I don't have a "prime account" and their shipping costs are almost always higher than anyone on Earth. People see the list prices on there and think it's going to be the cheapest avenue until the shipping gets calculated. Walmart is doing the two day thing now, too, so that's not an exclusive service anymore. And I hate robots, so....
