For the price Evan is about as good as it gets.

Evan is my go to value bourbon. I rotate my high end bottle. Always at least 2 bottles in the house.

I tried a Dogfish Head Namaste White for the first time tonight. I am way behind the crafted beer curve, but I have to admit, it was very good. I had a second.

I've never had one, but heard it described as "different".

Eric- not sure if you read earlier in the thread, but have you had their Mexican Cake? We started visiting the week of Memorial Day, and I found out last year that they release it right before we get there. It's one of my favorites.

A big boozy beer. The 2016 variety was 18%. I had that and a Hopslam last July 4, and I was good to go.

Dont age IPAs, they loose their bouquet. The fresher the better. If you dont like it fresh, you probably don't like IPAs.

120 is really more like a barleywine. It actually says "ages well" on the bottle. Personally, I don't like it. Tastes like gasoline. I prefer my IPAs 8% or less.

Ah hadn't had it before and just did some research. 21%?? That's hardly a beer anymore. I'd really like to try brewing a barleywine sometime actually, but waiting 6 months-1yr just to drink it is a little off-putting.
