It really only makes me roll my eyes hard when a fan says something like "We win the natty every other year", "We are just winners"... speaking of accomplishments a team had and including themselves in that accomplishment.... that McDawg81 guy said something to that effect that had "we" in it and it came off on the same note...

I guess it's a pet peeve on a level of Mullen's no guns policy

People say “we” all the time when talking about their favorite sports teams. Lighten up, Francis.

I figured it out... “we” is acceptable amongst fans of the same team... it is off-putting when talking to or listening to opposing fans... pretty sure that’s my new rule

Don’t care if anybody follows it this is my own little world’s personal crusade 😎

This is probably revealing too much info on an anonymous board, but my last name is Nee as well. I’ve messaged him before (there aren’t that many Nee’s in the US) but never heard back. Still wondering if we’re related.

Also have heard the “knights who say...” my entireeeeeeeee life lol.

Have you gotten your shubbery yet?
