gotta be honest, both of those sounded a lot alike, and they came off like a committment video.

i'm old. and my hip hop tastes would reflect that. if it ain't 90's hip hop, i'm probably not interested...lol. sorry bgs. but thanks for posting those, i did give it a try.

Ha, you just have bad taste in rap. You like hype over substance. hahaha. My music gets hated on too. Had my car broken into back in the day, had a couple hundred cds in it. They went through the case and left it open in my seat without taking a single cd. hahahahahaha. I was like damn really. Don't even wanna steal it?

yeah, it sucks. i've reached that age where the new music just doens't do much for me, and my music makes my kids embarrassed to be around me.

Rock of Ages came on the radio yesterday, and i turned it up and sang the whole song. my 8 year old covered her ears, and ducked down below the car window.....and was like "Daddy, turn that down" and i was like "sweetie, this music was meant to be played LOUD"...lol.

now i know how my dad felt when he tried to force Joe Cocker and The Who on me as a kid.

interestingly, i like that stuff too now. i am old.

Yeah, I just turned 42. I like some of the 2000's Eminem and Jay-Z stuff. Other than that, it's all 90's and a little bit of 80's stuff for me...when it comes to hip-hop/rap. For country, my time periods go from 60s-90s and pretty much cuts off there. Rock/pop, I can do 60s, 70s, 90s and some of the stuff from the 21st century...there are very few from the 80s that I can tolerate.

Oh shute now you done it. Throwing all those different genres together. Lol that's how I really listen to music. Start with Black label Society to pink floyd to Juicy J to Hank to any Blues.

best ol school album by far. I was bumping this at Daytona beach when we was seniors on spring break.(i am 42 by the way). Had everybody looking on the beach. Lol

I rarely turn up the system in my car since I'm mainly listening to podcasts. But I like playing this song loud just to see the looks I get from people.
