So @nicksjuzunk continues to steadily creep up on my "Most Interesting Man in the World" short list. Aside from being a trainer, a snake wrangler, a husband, a father to a quiver full of kids, a missionary spreading the Gospel in a foreign land, and whatever else he does on a daily basis in Thailand, I can now add culinary school to the list.
