My friend that owns the radio station, that I used to work with is friends with Philip Fulmer. They talk every other day. Fulmer tells him stuff, and he told me about the text from the AD.

The guy who works as a janitor at my school is named Carlos. I once caught him smoking marijuana in the parking lot and he was really scared, but I told him don't sweat it. Now, he every time he sees me he yells out "Heyyyy!!" and then we talk about the weather or what we're going to do on the weekend. So, I guess you could say we are pretty tight.

No, it's all an act. He's trolling. Might be some MH issues also but definitely making stuff up and feeding off the responses, which is why he keeps going with more and more elaborate tales. If everyone stopped quoting and supporting his stories he'd slow down with the act.
