When I was in Jr. Hi, the sadistic PE teacher, who was also the football coach, told us we had to run a 6 minute mile to pass the class. I was that pudgy, nerdy band guy with glasses who DID NOT want to take that PE class again so I ran hard until I threw up. Don't know what my time was, but the sadistic PE teacher/coach said close enough and I passed.

Ok, fair question, I was 19, and a cross country runner at the time, but I maintained that endurance for years until my first surgery (feet) that pretty much ended my long distance running. My advice to anyone, make sure you absolutely need surgery before having it..............jmo.

Not gonna lie I kinda feel bad for OD. I think he’s scared to come into the RF. He’s been hanging out in the FF all day. He did post a heartfelt apology though. I honestly think he really believed everything he posted. I don’t think he was trying to troll. Just my opinion.

What's always made me more tolerant of him is that he is really, really nice, I've never seen him lash out at anyone in anger or a snarky manner. Since I fall far below that standard, it makes me take a kinder view of him I suppose.
