I know the feeling. I’m 63 and things started hurting when I hit 50. Knees, shoulder. Fortunately I haven’t needed to have anything replaced.

AVF 57 here, birthday next July. Wishing you a Happy B’day a little early, hope you have a great one. Unlike some I am like old “SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN”, 3 knee replacements between two knees, Achilles tendon, rotator cuff, and a few extra surgeries just for good measure. So they have put me back together a few times, but with inflation $6M seems almost like a deal. Only the Boomers probably remember Oscar Goldman and the $6M Man.
