A measly 8 passes for 115 yards (14.4 YPA). 2 TD, 0 INTs. 290 QBR. Lol. Tifwiw

BM was 7 for 16 for 98 yards.

He played smart, efficient ball that game. Merely saying he was our best option all year. People are hating him like there was a better option and he's getting in the way of that. There is not sufficient evidence to support that, rather there is sufficient to the contrary.
No. The coaches gave a Fr a chance who they knew wasn't ready because JG stank that bad. He had a few good games then slumped right back into the same poor play in the last two.

Without the injury, Maurer might have started for the rest of the year. That's how bad JG was as a RS Jr.

Maurer played tentative after coming back from injury. He might have been rusty too. He wasn't the same player. Yet... he still performed better than JG did vs Vandy.

This is a more accurate summary of the QB situation this year than most I’ve seen.

Good grief. Take a hint guys. This is the recruiting forum and a specific player's thread. Take your JG discussion elsewhere for goodness sake.
Yeah like that all that’s ever discussed in every thread! LMAO!
Half the post In every recruit thread are off topic, why should this one be any different.

Funny. But then it just reminds me that Jarrett has actually spent multiple offseason studying under some of the best quarterback gurus in the country. More confirmation that he has simply hit his ceiling.
That you shoal creek posting about JG in a coaching change thread? How dare you

Not in particularly but i can see how it would feel that way. Sorry for bothering you on a public forum

Public forum?? Not really. You are allowed to browse, but this is the domain of a select few, who are gifted with rare insight. Your comments are not welcome unless it is to kiss butt .

There were many of those this year.....can't do that if your qb in sec at any school you should never have those ....burrows and tua never ever miss those throws and plenty of qbs in power 5 schools dont

Here in another example of one taking their own analysis too seriously. Did anyone ever ask the staff if 4 should have been facing the LOS instead of continuing the route as the ball went over his head in that featured clip? That would be really good to establish.

If you are going to start picking and choosing how you want to treat JG in Beckwith's recruiting forum, why not show some plays in the missourri game? Oh yeah, that would not promote your agenda.

Why not focus on Beckwith'srecruitment since it is his thread? I can't figure out what he is waiting on. Come on, pull the trigger!

I thought that too at first, but the angle from the fan from the end zone showed how badly the throw was over his head. If it was just lofted up and he ran under it, 4 would have most likely scored... It was a bad throw because of bad footwork on the QB. IMO.
