It sure is. Mountain Lake is where mine will be! Halls & Fountain City is growing faaaast. I’ll basically be in Corryton.

the rest, i pretty much agree. need a treatment or as close to everyone as possible needs to be screened/tested so you know what your proper course of action should be going forward...treatment/quarantine/stay at home or go back to "normal".....

I am not so sure. There are outbreaks in warm climate such as Australia, South America, Arizona and Eastern Asia. I think transmission may be some what reduced during the Summer, but I fear the outbreak which will occur this late Fall and Winter will be more serier than what we have seem this Winter and Spring. Our best hope is finding a way to make an effective vaccine and discovering an effective treatment for those who do become infected.

As a homeowner you have to become a handyman or the repair costs will eat you up. Google is the homeowner's/amateur repairman's best friend.

Also, I hated changing the garbage disposal. My shoulders don't like fitting underneath sinks. An extra set of hands while not necessary helps.

I took my disposal out and didn't replace it. Garbage disposal is the biggest contributor to clogged drains outside of pouring grease down the drain,

Was just on twitter looking at all our crootin madness and saw this. I think I remember seeing these cats' video posted on here...I distinctly remember the phrase "emphatically....no" over and over. It cracked me up.

Kentucky Governor looking more and more like the disingenuous fool he was with COVID remarks. TN with 162K tests, KY with 49 K. KY with 8% positives, TN with 6%. KY with 213 deaths, TN with 188 deaths. TN with 2.2 M more people.

He's afraid to increase testing. Wuss...

Someone make me feel better idk what I'm doing I know it's tech heavy. I'm having so much fun with this though

36% MSFT (long-term)

12%USFD (making some good money on this one)

11%FANG (oil rebound)

11%AMD (long-term I'm very bullish)

10%DAL (I trust delta to recover eventually)

7% SYY (like USFD, food industry making comeback)

3% HAL (idk)
