Recruiting forum off topic thread (no politics, covid, or hot button issues)

We've looked at land all over NE TN. I'd love to snatch some up. Did you do all research by yourself? Know someone? What's best way to find these places? Beautiful lot man.

Looked on internet but, i abhor buying or shopping, on interwebs.

Yep pretty much studied realtor.com for months at least to narrow down the area we wanted to buy in. Then we enlisted an agent to let us know what was actually available in that area. Found the one lot that was level already had a driveway cut and is on a ridgeline with views on both sides. Sold!

do you have mls access?

No that was why we enlisted an agent. I can forward you her info you like, she was helpful but with land the commission is low so expect to do a lot of the legwork on your own.
Im not to point of needing an agent. If I did it id negotiate on my own. At least try.

Some of them are insanely helpful as well
got a bad taste. wife was prego living in another town when i took this job. realtor, fam friend, showed us a few locations (as in 3), then we wouldnt hear. we did all the work, dude shows up to closing in Tommy Bahama shirt, sunglasses, and shorts. 🤦🏼‍♂️

We asked for reduced commission.
