That play is not designed for Hurd. Dobbs is just scared and checking down way too fast.

So you blame him? He has 2 seconds to throw. Our line isn't giving him enough time to let our receivers get downfield

I think the problem is our offenseive line can't protect Dobbs for more than a second. They're gonna have to figure something out soon though

So why put him in so many obvious passing situations? Mix it up a bit. Pass on 1st and second down some.

Hey guys, where's that miraculous offensive comeback you were talking about? This is as frustrating pathetic play calling as I have seen in two years. Vols lose because we forgot to run the offense and still waiting to see if Dobbs can run... hasn't done it yet and we are getting rolled. Its about to get ugly boys and girls... just speaking the truth-- our secoond string and freshman DBs are getting lit up and they are gonna hang 100 on us if they have enough time. Really a shame that Butch is coaching scared again in his own back yard.
