They seemed to have gone totally recruiting and none on actually coaching the positions.

I can't defend JP anymore. I wanted to hire him so I'll have to eat crow. His team seems to always be out of position, has discipline issues, and he is stuck in the past on offense. Getting new position coaches every year is not going to help. He is a good DC when he is running 4 and 5 stars out there and can take risks, but hes not a head coach. Sucks, but he will never get us to even an average team.

besides Gray, no one has shown up or cared to play ... just going through the motions. No fight, no pride, already defeated. Last year's players believed in Pruitt and fought for him in Tuscaloosa. This team is at home and has zero fight because they no longer believe in their coach. Pretty simple folks. sorry.
