Gotta blame someone after a loss. As usual the QB gets too much credit for a win and too much blame for a loss.
As usual.... Just wondering if it's the same ones that were talking about Eason. Also wondering if Fromm is being affected by having Fields running in and out.

I think Fromm maybe going through some of the sophomore slumps. He wasn't called on to be a major leader last year and with the exit of a bunch of leaders off last year's team he's got to step up. To me he's got all the physical tools and a very good understanding of the game. I just think he's still learning how to put the team on his shoulders. All JMO.

Paul Bain will not be disrespected like that.

Bain was in the backfield on a few occasions. He played really well and the announcer's even pointed out that he was blowing past their OL like no one was even blocking him. Really nice to see him really come on this year which I believe has to do with the coaching he is getting now.

I never really understood him not getting more playing time. (Last year I mean) He always seemed to make plays when he was put in the game. Then after he made a play it was like he was benched and never heard from again.

Well you know Butch had such an eye for talent. You know like Kamara that hardly saw the field until after Hurd left or was injured. (insert sarcasm). I think we are finally seeing our players getting coached up bring out their talent and at the same time changing the mind set.

I am waiting for you to join the victory party.

Hope you are enjoying every minute.

Whew....

I got to watch it before church. I was jumping up and down and pumping my fists all over during the game. Had the headphones on and had to be quiet with sleeping family till the 4th quarter.

So sweet to get that victory. I knew the upset was possible under the right circumstances but I wasn’t bold enough to call it in my OP, because I’m rational and play the odds. Just such a huge win for this team

Couple post game questions.

1. Favorite play of the game
2. Underrated player of the game

For me, give me the Jennings go ahead touchdown on 3rd and 10. The way JG hung in there last second, threw a perfect ball, and a modern day Vol-legend brought it down.

Underrated player is DeAndre Johnson coming in and making a clutch sack on 4th down. Boom.

1. Victory formation against a ranked opponent

2. Whichever OL I completely didn’t notice

My favorite play was probably the effort sack of Alexis Johnson forcing Stidham to throw an INT to Thompson. He had him by the fingertips and could have easily not given full effort and Stidham break free. He strained and got him down. Loved it.

1. I believe one of the most important plays of the game. 3rd and long needed 1st down in the worse way. JG to Palmer. Palmer has to twist his body around while covered and catches a clutch pass for 1st down. Our WR's showed out yesterday.
2. Paul Bain. Got into the backfield several times putting pressure on QB.

1. JJ’s first down catch on a slant where he bounced off a few guys and fought for the first down on a third and long. Think it was late first quarter - maybe early second.

2. Paul Bain - set the tone early on the DLine

Thought Johnson played well after he came in for Kongbo.
