Eh. We were super limited on options at that point.

Much better choices than a gump with zero head coaching experience at any level. A coach that had never coached players that were less than superstar players. I said it at the time it was a risky move. A move that had about a 1% chance of working out. It didn't work out. It's been a collosial failure. That's coming from a huge proponent for Fulmer to be the AD.

It’s very simple, if Tennessee has to wait til the Vanderbilt game to make a decision on a head coach, the decision is already clear.
