I don't like what I've seen in certain instances, but I'm not ready to throw him out. I just try to remember it's year 2 with a severely depleted roster at some spots.
It's easy to expect more from the D when we see the offense humming, but that isn't really fair. We just don't have the bodies on D we need. Hopefully that accounts for a lot of the D calls and problems.
Lack of talent probably forces Banks to make different calls than he would otherwise. Things should improve in some areas as our guys get more experience and Banks sees how they perform in games.
