Watching a few more of BGSUs highlights.

Barnett played a bad game. He was way too in love with that spin move. Seems like every snap he would start engaging into his spin move all he while the tackle was just back pedaling and didn't even need to lay a hand in him.

Barnett neutralized himself. He will get that fixed and needs to rely on his strength and speed, and balance that made him so special last year. Put that spin move on the shelf for a little bit IMO.

Say something about Heath Shuler and he'll go crazy on you. :)

When we lived in Knoxville, Heath worked out at the same gym that I did. Talked a few times. Seemed like a nice enough guy.

Bout all I got...
He got very bad advice and should have stayed for his Senior season...of course his $5M signing bonus would be tough to turn down...

Yeah, and he crashed down way too many times on the read. Last year, he stayed home. Needs to get that fixed this week.

1st to 2nd week improvement is the largest. We will find out if we are a good team or not this week.

Yeah, that was the weirdest part of yesterday's game. A lot of players that are incredibly good just didn't play too hot whether mental mistakes or otherwise.

Hopefully heavier dose of Pig, Von, and North also. Re watching this game now. Our DBs will be fine, the passes are stupid accurate and their receivers are outstanding. no way we face a team on their game passing like BG was yesterday.

A college team is lucky to hit two passes that accurate in the same game, even with an excellent QB and WRs. BGSU hit 6 or 7. Just crazy.

Just watching the replay again. Wow that was a poor defensive effort. Their quarterback was dropping perfect passes in, but still. Mosley got beat down the left side on that same play 4 times and they got Foreman once. And nobody even picked up the tight end coming off the line the 4 times they ran that play. Barnett finally picked him up well into the 2nd half. But Barnett kept crashing down instead of staying at home, letting the quarterback run free for 20 yards a pop every time he kept it. Reminded me of Jacques Smith. And they got Maggitt the time they ran the read to his side, too. There was no pressure from the DL and the tackling was just awful, including Reeves-Maybin and especially Berry. I don't know what happened to all the talent and experience that came back from last year, that should have been even better now, but that defense looked undisciplined and just lost. I know we've got the horses, and Martinez wasn't there, but man, they better tighten it up before Oklahoma gets here. Sorry for the rant...just surprised and disappointed. Was expecting the defense to be stout.

What looked bad about the passing game? Even the commentators were talking about how Dobbs has improved. Just stop that now......

I didn't get to see it, but radio guys went on and on about missed throws and Dobbs having to take off because WR had such a hard time getting open all night. Hubbs Brice Kesling and whoever his color commentator is all mentioned it multiple times.

Dobbs missed a few passes in the 2nd QT but after being inaccurate to Malone a few times he cleaned it up pretty well.

The 2 passes to Malone should hAve been TDs. One was high and the other well behind him

LOL I've said once ever that I like heath because he's a distant cousin. I usually remember the topics I went crazy on, and I'm pretty sure heath isn't one of them. You keep bringing that up like it's all I talk about lol

He had to get it over the zone.. Malone should have caught the deep post
