So what are we supposed to do? Heupel is an offensive guy. So we shouldn’t trust him with QBs either?
Not saying that. But don’t wait too long before trying a new QB. Shoot Hooker has looked better with deep balls than Milton has tonight. I just don’t want to wait too long before trying someone else. JH knows QBs but some times the big stage is too much for some. Hopefully it’s first game jitters and a new offense and he cleans it up next game.

Continuity… something we haven’t had in a while. It’s not healthy to bounce back and forth between QBs. Pick your guy and stick with him until he forced you to replace him
Not in a blowout game that’s been decided. Give backups some in game experience.

I am hoping that Willis will help the LBs this year. I know he missed a lot but hopefully he comes around and becomes the guy we thought he would.
He’s a true freshman and I think he’s gonna be really good. But man it needs to happen earlier and I know that’s not really fair to the kid. But we are just that bad outside of the first two guys.

He’s had a good game.. I don’t understand all the bashing. Only real knock I’ve seen is on the deep ball
He's not very effective throwing the ball since the first quarter. He's hesitant and keeps looking for a deep throw. The offense is much more effective running the ball right now...and Hooker would make the offense even more productive on the ground. I do think Bailey would be more effective throwing it than Milton. He's just not that impressive right now, and it's against terrible competition. I would love to see him turn it around.

Im no where close to giving up on Milton yet. He has to get better, but this is game one with a new coach. The biggest improvement should be between week 1 and 2

My fear is that none of our quarterbacks would be very good. If this is the best we’ve got, I’m a bit concerned.
