No idea how this one is gonna go, but one thing is for sure, either way this place is gonna be nuts after the game. I can't imagine the pressure, feelings, thoughts going through Nico's mind as the hype continues to build. Just hope the kid shows well and plays a decent game.

He throws for 300 and 3 TDs or VN gives up on him forever.

That’s how this place works.

Anyone going to the Citrus Bowl Pep Rally today? Tickets are free online but you have to reserve them. CJH is suppose to make an appearance.

Didn’t want to start a new tread for this and not trying to hyjack the OP’s thread, but he did use the word recruiting.

Based on recruiting ranking both FSU and Oh St have recruited better than Tenn over the past several season. Did everyone notice what happened to them after their top QBs were out. They looked terrible. Maybe a top QB is what make the good teams great, or maybe, there is not a huge difference in 1 - 25 and a great QB puts them over the top. Not counting injuries (I know, they happen) most teams play 22 players on offense and 22 on defense in most games. That is 44 players or the equivalent of 2 recruiting cycles. You can either build a team recruiting all 4 & 5* players and recruit over your misses, or you can recruit top 25 and build a team of upper class men who are more mature and have built experience.

Hey, y'all. How do you think tomorrow's game will go?

I realize this is useless but please remember Nico is a true freshman and making his first start!

Iowa has a very good defense and let’s not freak out if he doesn’t light it up! If he does GREAT but odds are against him doing it right out of the gate!
