Squirrel is an absolute baller. It’s not his fault the he can’t get through his route in a micro second.

I love Squirrel. Has had some insane plays for us. He’s just not a guy you can rely on down to down in the SEC. It’s not his fault, a lot of it is his size. That said, we get a guy like Brazzell or Matthews out wide that can really open it up, I think we will see Squirrel start to eat. He can be an elite complimentary piece.

Thoughts on Nico: he looks how an inexperienced, ultra talented quarterback should be expected to look. Some great plays, some not so great play, but no huge mistakes. Against a good defense, you take that and run with it.

Definitely hope OL play improves next year. Ollie & Dayne just aren’t starter quality.

Iowa is a good defense though so not exactly like they’re struggling against a bad DL, but the mistakes are just mental ones.

I think most of Ollie and Dayne’s mistakes have been lack of athleticism.

Technique..our Special teams coach has taught these kids to inner lock their legs with the lineman next to them so the line doesn’t break…I’m surprised nobody has caught that at all…ironically that’s where most of our injuries have happened..that **** has to change

Don’t mind Heupel playing conservative, no reason to get Nico killed to run up the score in a meaningless game.

Also Seldon needs those snaps and moments to improve. And the young defense is playing well, keep helping them out.

Seldon has to figure out that he is a hoss and quit hesitating...but I remember when Wright was a freshman he was bad about that too.
