When we go shopping for a new DC at the end of the season, (which we damn well better) my vote is for Z Arnett if he's available after the Miss St. season. I think they are going to want to bring in a true HC with experience and he won't want to stay and be DC... I think he'd be a great upgrade and already familiar with the SEC.

And fielding a top 30 defense while complimenting an offense that is never on the field for long. You can not discount how tough of a job being Heupel’s DC is.

I think he’s closer to $1.5M and I remember reading the median DC in P5 is $1.1M.
