Hunter Barnes should not have had more carries than Keith and Moore shouldn't have had the same number of snaps as Nico.

Arkansas joins Kentucky (x 2), Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, and Georgia Southern as some great programs who have wins in Gainesville since Tennessee last did it.

All about timing...we would destroy Florida now...they have now done that yearly thing where they flat out quit after a couple of losses....we always catch them when they still have everything to play for...and we always seem to be working out kinks.


Plus...the refs absolutely screw us over every damn time we play them there.

Yeah, but I think if we really wanted to, we could have scored on a penalty today too. At some point in the game, we just started making up ways to score.

Ima pin this for next week and week after... No one is saying we need a new DC based off today. It's the entire body of work... We could definitely use an upgrade on the defensive side of the ball with all the talent we have and are getting. Yes we had a great day today on Defense, but we were kind of expected to.

Eh, Nico and Keith have their whole careers ahead of them. A few snaps against a scrub isn’t gonna make or break their development. Barnes and Moore likely won’t get that opportunity again. Imagine going to work (practice) every day knowing you weren’t gonna get paid (game time), but you still go because you love your employer. I’m glad we have a coach who will reward those guys when he has a chance. Plus now Wilk can tell his grandkids he averaged 16.5 yards per carry during his UT career.

The bend-don’t-break style annoys me but UT does have a top 30 defense despite playing more snaps than other defenses. Doing what you are supposed to do is not nothing; most underperform

So, folks were bitching today because the defense did what they were "supposed to do". If y'all are dead set on bitching, wait until they give you a reason. For God's sake, our defense beat them today 21-3.

I'm not sure anyone could do a better job than Banks, considering his defense is opposite a Heupel offense and the mess he took over.

Only one I'm not really happy with is Martinez, but it's not because his group has necessarily been bad, I just dont like his philosophy.
