Started out with crown and ginger ale, but when we win, I am cracking open a chocolate stout from Charleston. It's an annual release that I got back in early June. One of the best beers I have ever had.

Not much good, affordable craft beer to be found where I'm living ATM. Beer is like 2.5X as expensive in Japan.

Have you ever heard of Mexican Cake? It's made by Westbrook Brewing in Charleston. It's released around Memorial Day every year and can be hard to get. It has cocoa nibs, vanilla, cinnamon, and some peppers. This year's batch was light on the peppers. Not a huge stout fan, but this one is unbelievable.

I usually do that or just go with shochu (a kind of Japanese alcohol...stronger than sake) because it's cheaper. Japan does make some good whiskey so it's not all bad.

How about when we get the ball 1st try a trick play? Hand the ball off to Juaun Jennings on a fake end around but hand the ball of to him & let him throw a bomb downfield to either Malone or Preston Williams?

How does that sound? Jennings being a former QB is very capable. I would try it the very 1st offensive play we have.

Oh yeah. Never had it but I've heard of it. I love their Gose. Good IPA and pale ale too. Look for Stone Xocoveza, its similar type of stout and easier to get.
