BT and AT gonna lock him down. I think Jackson with his speed is the bigger threat. But none of it matters if we can get pressure to Bennett. He’ll throw us the ballA lot of people saying Pickens has a big day.
Last year against Tennessee:
3rec 23yds 1 TD.
Could he have his moment in todays game sure but its highly unlikely looking back at his stats.
Let us!!!I honestly wish they would have moved the game up to 12. Looking at the forecast, it’s calling for decent chances of thunderstorms from about the 2nd quarter or halftime for the rest of the evening. Really don’t want there to be a bunch of delays.
With that said, it’s Georgia gameday!! The time has arrived for our beloved Vols to take the next step in our accent back to the top! A win today puts us on a different level and could accelerate our rise to playing for championships. I have the same feeling about this game that I did when we went to Auburn in 2018. No one gave us a chance, but we went into their stadium and beat them. Today, we WILL go into Athens and show Georgia and the nation that Tennessee football is back and to be feared again!!
@chavisut, shall we go?
LETTUCE!!!
With Shamburger back, which allows Thompson to move over to CB, it has to improve our chances of playing better in the secondary. I still believe it comes down to the D-line, we have to find a way to get pressure without having to blitz. If we do blitz, how quickly can we get to him? Can't expect the DB's to cover someone for 5 or more seconds, at which time it is advantage for the WR.A lot of people saying Pickens has a big day.

Bold prediction. We run for 150
I'd love to see it but I just don't see it. Maybe if we are committed to running all game but I think UGA will sell out for the run and we all know CJC is pass happy. Maybe with the slop fest going on we'll run it more. Only UK ran for > 150 last year against their defense
