Yes he openly admits to cheating with impunity, and it is 100% predicated on knowing that he will get crooked no-calls. They call the same thing on us if we do it. Call the fouls and the behavior stops immediately. Would have to call them multiple times in a row prolly before Kirby ever believed they were not going to allow him to cheat all day.
