'24 Recruiting Forum: Official Georgia Pregame/Game Thread

We are halfway through November and this is the first time the defense has had a bad game.

I think you have to stretch the story pretty far to fit one bad game out of 10 into a trend.

When Banks defense has looked bad, it's been when he has gotten no pressure. And boy was that a case study tonight. The entire front seven was terrible.

31 points is too many points, but that is not some massive number, either. What is this, the 4th game where we haven't scored in an entire half? Yeah I'm way more frustrated with that than what the defense is doing.
I’m just pissed man. F all of them. I love Heupel, but he’s got to figure this 💩 out when it comes to SEC road play. And Banks has got to have a more consistent showing on the defensive side. As for Hazle, I’m done. I can’t defend him because the whole season our offense has been inept. Time for a change there.

Banks must have already got another job. He clearly didn’t want any Uga film

There it is.

He’s been saved by Rodney Garner. We ran into a team that finally ran a little tempo to keep us from subbing the DL and he had no answer. Carson Beck was too comfortable. No pressure. Not a one.

OL recruiting, WR recruiting, and linebacker recruiting. Not good.

Have to get better in all those areas. Sorry I dont buy Ole Miss is that much better than us.
They are at key positions. Starting at QB, the experience is huge. Their pass rush is better. Their receivers are more consistent but that's tied to QB play as well.

Nico deserves blame as well.

For what? I know he over shot a couple of throws, but every QB misses a few throws a game. As a young QB, he was very composed in a madhouse environment and played pretty well with very little help from his offensive line. He exceeded realistic expectations with his performance.
