Lol normally you have all day to sub when the offense does. That's why subs within 15 seconds lead to timeouts. Today you get 3 seconds

The refs are totally cheating. AFTER AN OFFENSIVE SUBSTITUTION THEY ARE TO STAND OVER THE BALL UNTIL THE DEFENSE GETS ON THE FIELD.

And the ref literally ran off the ball so UGA could snap it . So awful

I agree teams shouldn't be able to take 20 seconds to sub, but they've been allowing that for years. Now for the first time ever they've implemented a 3 second rule?
