Truth. He has made some decent throws and a couple of really bad ones. We can execute much better but not very impressed with the game plan right now.

Yeah, I think we're fine defensively in all honesty. This is just a strange game with no offensive help. The lack of adjustment to the runs up the middle is concerning. But that could be because they're gassed also

Defending the middle is tough when we're lining up off the LOS to negate their chop blocks.

I think we did pretty well with it last year. Our current offensive coordinator has never called plays in college.
So this is what happens.

He's making bad reads. That CB almost got a hitch because he won't come off of guys when reading.

He is staring every receiver down. Just like you warned us

There's been 3 and 4 guys around the guy on two different throws. He threw an easy pick early on had that been an SEC level LB.

I hate to do it, but you can't tell me that Byrd wouldn't be better than him at corner. But, the way the receivers are looking, maybe we really do need him there.
