UT has more talent, and we should put the game away early. But that's unlikely. The team that wants it more will win it.

I think that last week was the best one to part ways with Coach Jones. It did not happen and I absolutely will not pull for us to lose to get him out of here even a few weeks early. I also have a cool, refreshing coca-cola riding on this game.

My head says UK 24 UT 13

My heart says Tennessee 19 Kentucky 16


Going with my heart in this one 19-16.

I really do think we pull this one out. JG and Calloway have a breakout game, and Chandler shows us he's just as good as JK.

I could see this going either way, but, much as it was difficult for me to believe we would beat UF until it actually happened, I can't bring myself to pick UK over UT in foosball. I wouldn't be shocked to see us just lay down and die, but I'm going to pick us to win a field goal goal kicking competition. It will be ugly and sloppy, the offense will be pathetic, there will be multiple turnovers, we will repeatedly squander chances in the red zone (because hey, at least we're good at something), and the misery will continue, both for Butch and the fanbase (who knows what the players are thinking at this point?). Still, we win because we're Tennessee and they're Kentucky.

Well done, nick. Always a highlight of the week with this thread IMO.

Coin toss. Key is our passing game and RB's breaking contain as that is where the UK defense is still weak. Hard to pick UT when they have not scored an offensive TD in 14 quarters. No Kelly, but Chandler can be a home run threat with the ball in his hands. JG simply has to play better along with his O-line. Our D can contain the UK O, but not shut it down as they are good at QB and RB. UK's loss to MSU may have just been an off night. They looked tired and down. Just like Vandy, they always try to bring their best against UT. In the end I just think it means more to UK than UT with Butch's situation, pathetic losses, and lack of offense.

Agree. I think the only way we can win is if Butch tells them before the game that this is definitely is his last game as their HC, and he is able to rally the troops one more game to send him out on a winning note. However, he’s too stubborn to do that, so I don’t think it happens.
