When chandler went out he lined up on line of scrimmage. By rule tight end has to take a step off line, or he is a blocker only. You’ll hear them say “covered up” a lot when that happens. Anyone inside the last guy on the line of scrimmage is ineligible. On that play chandler most likely screwed up
