^This! If anything, she carried the broadcast. I hope he gets better. Honestly felt bad for him towards the end…when he had the mental breakdown over words.

She tried sooooo hard to throw him a lifeline and dude was just "nope, nope. I'm just gonna roll around in this awhile".

He seemed to get it last second " oh, umm, of course you get the 11... But then what?" Should've laughed and said oops, wrong down. Instead, he just grabbed a new shovel.

Great breakdown! 😅 I couldn’t recall the specific details.

Worst announcers I’ve ever seen.
Hyatt did step out unfortunately.
AT hurt himself on a ball thrown out of bounds, you could see him jumping up and backwards and came down out of bounds awkwardly.

Seen, or, heard? Have you listened to the regional casts on +? Also, Mickey Dearstone says hold my beer. Guy was trash.

You were spot on with your assessment. Kentucky came out ready to play. We are always their super bowl, and they were ready. Too bad they lost. Lol.
If we had caught them last week when they were cocky, sloppy and unprepared..we would have destroyed them. I think Leach made it a tough game for us...we got their best shot. I know we got Levis's best shot..that dude was playing out of his mind, and played the game of his life...I really respect his effort.

I would really like to steal Rodriguez from them..that dude runs old school hard..he really reminded me of Ronnie Brown last night. If he can get his fumbleitis under control he will really be a beast.

Said it last night never could get up enough for Heupel to slow it down. Couldn't help it if their defense is trash and allowed big plays. Herculean effort by our defense.

Defensive guru Stoops got his azz handed to him and will have nightmares about Heupel.
Sliced them up like a hot knife through butter.

BEAT GEORGIA

I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE WE WILL WIN NEXT WEEK

I LOVE THIS TEAM

Unfortunately I’m afraid our thin defense spending 99 plays on the field, on the road, in a late game, sabotages any chance we have at an upset. I think UGAs oline and run game will wear us out line Kensucky did.

This ^. TL;dr, but it will help me release some frustration.

I replayed occasionally during commercial breaks and right after the game. Posted it earlier. On one run up the gut UK had three O-lineman doing standing tackles, bear hugging our guys. No call. That's their method of blocking until the officials start calling it. It's obviously taught by the o-line coach because they try to do it literally every play. Which is why their O-line is huge instead of mobile.

So we think we get a more fair version of officiating when in reality they are screwing us by not calling egregious penalties that actually set the tone for the whole game. So the d-line and LBs played hard, but were held. Add in really bad tackling by the LB's. Same thing OM did with the arm/hand grabbing around the back at the jersey number as well as Bama and Pitt do with the grabs at the sides to steer. It's a technique that is taught that is used unless the officials start calling it.

But this is where DC Banks needs to learn the SEC officiating better. He called a game/alignments that allowed them to do that and get away with it with a contain D. That is the approved style of Heup FWIW. Try for disruptive plays that create losses and settle for tightening down in the redzone to force FG's instead of TD's. Last night it did not work because their O-line could bear hug and get away with it - so less TFL's. They ran over us with Levis leading the charge. So we focused on sending more help to the box while playing bad zone coverage that Levis could pick apart in a short passing game.

Again - it was the same process used by Pitt, OM and Bama to beat us and it starts in the O-line and what they call or don't call. Those coaches all watch tape and know our tendencies and defensive philosophy. To counter you change it up to keep them guessing. We did not focus our full effort on stopping the one guy who could beat us - their QB - until the end of the game. When Banks started bringing the heat on Levis from every angle he was rattled. It almost cost us by waiting too long last night.

But it was a W and that is all that matters. They will all learn from it, especially the coaching staff. I am truly excited for the program's future now. Go Vols!
I think the bye may have contributed to the bad tackling. That just compounded matters last night, and it was unusual for this squad.

What was that 2 minute conversation when the guy is wondering what UK should do on 4th and 10? He just kept saying he couldn’t figure out what they she do. She kept saying they should just get 11 yards and he wasn’t having it.

I’m convinced he was on his phone and just heard the other voice droning on and on. We’ve all done it.

But instead of “Are you listening to me? What did I just say?” She was asking him what he would do if he were Kentucky, and he was trying to stall and figure out what she was talking about.

And they have a defense that will make us punt and/or turn it over.

It's a bad match up, specifically on both lines of scrimmage.

Dunno but I trust that over an under center snap lol
Oh I don't mind that but curious why nobody was behind HH. The 2 RBs were in front which is good if HH bobbles the snap forward, but the worst thing that could happen is a snap gets past HH or over his head. Maybe there was somebody behind, but the camera cut it off.
